For this traditional Flemish biscuit baker, we worked on enhancing the brand’s visibility and image in the Netherlands on almost a daily basis for five years. From press communication to events and social media.
Our assignment: introducing the tastiest cookies from Belgium to the Dutch sweet tooth. And increasing the name recognition of these biscuits with consumers and the press.
Tasting at editorial offices, sampling at trade fairs and even more tasting until the last crumb. Because taste persuades, we provided support for the introduction of new flavours, we managed the Facebook page, created creative content and organised successful PR campaigns.
A lot of continuous free publicity, visible improvement of name recognition, various joint promotions, successful giveaways, a biscuit box design competition and very loyal fans on Facebook.
